Rise gymnastics is a new 7500 square foot gymnastics and youth training facility located in Fort Pierre, SD. Our facility includes 6000 sq. foot of gym space along with a 1500 sq. foot lobby area for spectator viewing and events along with a 1500 sq. foot upper level for sports training and multi-purpose use.
Gymnastics is a fast growing and fun sport that provides children of all ages the opportunity to improve socialization, coordination, flexibility, strength, balance and confidence. At Rise, we strive to provide a safe and fun environment while encouraging participants growth in the sport of gymnastics and life skills. Rise Gymnastics offers classes from parent/tot through high school. We also offer a competitive program following USAG Xcel levels.
